As a leading print manufacturer and creative marketing services provider, the introduction of digital media and the migration towards interactive technology presented fresh challenges and new opportunities, but never posed a threat. As early adopters, we were amongst the first to introduce digital printing and quickly developed data management and personalised marketing strategies that enhanced our customer’s marketing. The migration towards digital one-to-one marketing was therefore a natural progression for us, as the media moved from the printed page to a screen, but the creative requirement remained the same.
