Working with the global leader in the provision of digital printing and copying equipment, our primary objective was to improve attendance to the annual congress.

Using customer data and personalisation, we developed a series of direct marketing material, including teasers and invitations, containing relevant information on the event, venue, speakers etc. Respondents were directed to an intelligent, personalised web portal for registration where information was captured and relayed. The data was then used to populate further event material on the day. With a 26% increase in attendance and a reduction in cost due shorter production runs of targeted information, the campaign and event were considered an over-riding success.
